*Puppy NAMES ARE GENERIC and are for identification purposes only! Once your deposit has been received, we will begin calling your puppy by the name of your choice! Or you can wait until the puppy comes home before settling on a name.

*We cannot guarantee for adult weight! We do our best to chart the weight of our puppies each week but there are many factors out of our control that can determine adult weight including diet and exercise. I've seen tiny puppies mature over the standard and I've seen large puppies mature at 4bs. If weight is a primary issue for you, I recommend looking into adopting an adult so that you are certain of what his or her weight will be.
*All local families are welcome to visit us when their puppy is 6+ weeks old to meet their puppy, any litter mates and both parents!

***Families who live out of state are encouraged to fly in to pick up in person (at our home or airport) and carry puppy home with you! We can arrange puppy to be hand delivered via puppy nannies from us to you at your local airport, fees vary (inquire for more info).
*Deposits are HALF the total price of the puppy. All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE (see our deposit contract for details)

*Puppies can go home at 9-12 weeks old depending on size and maturity. Most are ready at 9-10 weeks old.

*Puppies are available to people with approved puppy applications until a deposit has been placed, we cannot hold a puppy without a deposit and WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BROKEN HEARTS IF THE PUPPY YOU INQUIRED ABOUT RECEIVES A DEPOSIT BEFORE YOU'VE MADE A DECISION, thank you for understanding.

*Our puppies come well socialized by our family, UTD on vaccines & wormer, with their health record, puppy info packet, AKC application, deluxe puppy pack, puppy food and NEW! with AKC registration the puppy comes with 60 DAYS FREE PET INSURANCE!
