*Puppy NAMES ARE GENERIC and are for our identification purposes only! Once your deposit is received, we will start calling your puppy by the name of your choice. Or you can wait until your puppy comes home before choosing a name.

*We cannot guarantee for adult weight! We do our best to chart the weight of our puppies each week but there are many factors out of our control that can determine adult weight including diet and exercise. I've seen tiny puppies mature over the standard and I've seen large puppies mature at 4bs. If weight is a primary issue for you, I recommend looking into adopting an adult so that you are certain of what his or her weight will be.

*All local families are welcome to visit us when their puppy is 6+ weeks old to meet their puppy, any litter mates and both parents! 

***Families who live out of state are encouraged to fly in to pick up in person (at our home or airport) and carry puppy home with you! We can arrange puppy to be hand delivered via puppy nannies from us to you at your local airport, fees vary (inquire for more info).

*Discounts are available to repeat families and to homes who are choosing two puppies at once!  

*Deposits are HALF the total price of the puppy. All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE (see our deposit contract for details)

*Puppies can go home at 9-12 weeks old depending on size and maturity. Most are ready at 9-10 weeks old. 

 *Puppies are available to people with approved puppy applications until a deposit has been placed, we cannot hold a puppy without a deposit and  WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BROKEN HEARTS IF THE PUPPY YOU INQUIRED ABOUT RECEIVES A DEPOSIT BEFORE YOU'VE MADE  A DECISION, thank you for understanding.

Meet Caitlin! 

Newborn Caitlin! (4.6oz)

FULL Siblings in the chocolate sable color! This is most likely the color Caitlin will be! 

Caitlin is a darling chocolate sable or chocolate&tan! Time will tell what color she ends up being! Caitlin is out of chocolate&tan Sullivan and cream sable Bella! Sullivan is our tiny 4lb chocolate&tan, he has a gorgeous full coat, short face and well rounded personality. Bella is our 6.5lb cream sable girl, she is from our own breeding and is one of the happiest little dogs ever! She is a beautiful little girl and has turned into a wonderful mother! 
Both parents are onsite and available to meet during your visit! 

Caitlin was born on St. Patrick's day, March 17th! She will be ready to come home on or after May 19th at 9+ weeks old. We will chart her weight each week for you to follow along with our puppy weight chart. Based on her current frame and based on her parents we expect her to mature around 5.5lbs.


This precious girl's color is a bit of a mystery! We will know more around 2-3 weeks old! She is either a chocolate sable or a chocolate&tan! She also has some white markings on her chest and a few toes! She will have chocolate pigment on her nose and will have green to hazel colored eyes. Check back for news on what we believe her color to be! 
We are excited to see how she comes along! 

Like all our puppies, this girl is being raised in our home, first in our spare bedroom/puppy nursery and then in our living/dining room in a playpen! She will have LOTS of hands on care and socialization to give her a good foundation. We have MANY references available, our puppies come home healthy, happy and ready to begin bonding with their families. We have many repeat puppy  families and lots of pictures available of previous puppies available upon request! Videos posted at around 7 weeks old!

Caitlin will come VET CHECKED, with age appropriate vaccines and de-wormings and with her health record and copy of her health exam results from our vet. She will also be very well socialized and will come with her puppy info packet, puppy food, Deluxe puppy pack and AKC registration paperwork (Pet AKC).

Meet Maura! 

Newborn Maura! (5.2oz)

Maura's mom as a puppy! Maura is the same color as her mom Bella! 

This beautiful cream sable girl is Maura! Maura is out of chocolate&tan Sullivan and cream sable Bella! Sullivan is our tiny 4lb chocolate&tan, he has a gorgeous full coat, short face and well rounded personality. Maura is a cream sable! This means that her outercoat is black and her undercoat is cream! She looks really dark right now but will lighten up a lot as she grows. Sables tend to have multiple shades of grey and tan through their coats as well. It will be fun to see how she comes along! Maura will have black pigment on her nose and paw pads. Sables change a lot from puppyhood to adulthood! We expect this girl to be mostly cream as a an adult!
